Challenge

Adore Perfumery had built real brand equity offline and on social — 16 physical stores across Azerbaijan and 486,000 Instagram followers — but e-commerce revenue wasn't keeping pace. The audience was engaged but under-monetised: followers liked and commented, but the path from an Instagram post to an actual purchase, whether online or in-store, wasn't structured to convert at scale. On top of that, the business itself was running on outdated infrastructure — no proper website, no mobile presence, no CRM tying the 16 stores together, and no unified view of performance across locations.

What We Did

We ran a full-service paid engagement across Meta Ads and Google Ads, built around a single audience architecture that connected the existing Instagram following to actual purchase intent rather than treating social and e-commerce as separate channels. Campaigns split into two tracks: one optimised purely for online conversion, retargeting engaged followers with catalogue and dynamic product ads, the other for in-store footfall, geo-targeted by location to drive foot traffic to the store nearest each customer. Beyond paid media, we rebuilt Adore Perfumery's digital foundation from scratch: a new website, native iOS and Android apps, and a custom CRM connecting all 16 stores into a single system. We automated the brand's analytics reporting so performance across every store and channel rolled up into one live view instead of scattered spreadsheets.

Results

E-commerce revenue via Meta Ads grew +215% year-over-year. ROAS held above 6× for 9 of 10 months — a sustained performance level, not a one-quarter spike. In-store footfall increased 42%, confirming the campaigns were driving real commercial behaviour across both channels rather than online sales simply cannibalising in-store visits. Beyond paid media, the wider transformation moved the whole business: total revenue grew 43%, qualified leads rose 42%, and digital marketing spend increased 50% to fund that growth — with the new website, apps, and CRM turning the surge in demand into a repeatable, trackable pipeline instead of one-off spikes.
